Snow Blowing

Heritage Lawn Care trained field operators are ready and willing to snow blow residential and commercial sidewalks and other spaces as soon as snow hits.  A snow blower is a quick and effective way to clear snow and is just one of the many snow removal tools we have available at Heritage.

Snow & Ice Removal

If you don’t have room for the snow or ice that we plow we can get rid of it for you.  Snow and ice buildup can quickly become a safety hazard for you, your clients and employees so it is important to dispose of the buildup before it becomes unruly.  It is key to eliminate snow and ice before the next storm or snowfall hits to avoid increased hazardous conditions that the layers of snow and ice create.  Call us today.

Heritage Snow Plow Ann Arbor Web

After the plows go through, our team goes in with shovels to do finishing touches making sure we leave your property clear and safe. The Heritage shoveling crew will clear all areas that can not be reached by the snow plow or snow blower.  This includes clearing a pathway to and from parking and entry doors.

Salting & Sanding

For extra safety we provide salting and sanding services. Read below for the advantages of salt and the advantages of sand.

Salt will help melt ice and remove it from roads and walkways.  Salt works as a melting agent as long as the temperature is not too low.

Sand comes in handy when it is too cold for the salt to melt the ice. It works at any temperature. Sand acts as an abrasive material that provides traction when spread on icy surfaces.

Roof Raking

There are many things to consider before roof raking such as which snow roof rake to use, avoiding large, heavy icicles and being careful of power lines.   To avoid property damage and for safety, it is important that you don’t let snow build up on your roof. Sound overwhelming? We can help.  Call Heritage Lawn Care to come over and remove it quickly and safely.

What our clients say

  • "Heritage Estate Management Services has allowed me to be independent of the daily demands of managing a large estate where something always happens.  Whether it is a repair  or researching and installing a chemical free water treatment system, Heritage has stepped up to the task and seen it to completion while keeping me happy and confident." -Ruth K. Ann Arbor, MI
  • "Heritage has done the near-impossible - which is to cultivate a sumptous series of gardens in a busy downtown setting.  These first installations were so breathtakingly lovely they drew people from blocks around to enjoy the flowers, and Heritage was asked to continue their work at the remaining parking lots.  Whether it's for small seating areas or large expanses, their attention to detail and knowledge of plant stock is extraordinary, and their passion for what they do is clearly evident.  I am very grateful for their good work and look forward to seeing their downtown gardens bloom for may years to come." -Susan Pollay, Director, Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority
